Terms of use
The rules for buying and selling on Dlala, in plain words.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Draft. This text describes how Dlala works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change after that review.
Who we are
Dlala is an online auction marketplace for Algeria. Sellers list lots, buyers bid, and Dlala runs the auction, the payment and the follow-up. The seller sells the lot; Dlala is not the seller.
Your account
Give true information, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person. You must be of legal age to buy or sell. Some actions, like receiving payouts, need a verified identity.
Selling
Only list what you own and may sell. Describe it honestly, with real photos. Prohibited, stolen or counterfeit goods are removed. After a sale, ship by the date shown on the order.
Bidding
A bid is a commitment: if you win, you agree to buy the lot at your price. Pay within the time shown, or the lot may go to the next bidder. Bidding on your own lot, or for someone else to raise the price, is not allowed.
Payment and Dlala Garantie
Online payments (EDAHABIA, CIB, card) are held by Dlala and released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt, or a few days after shipping if nobody reports a problem. With cash on delivery, you pay the seller in person and Dlala does not hold that money. If a problem is reported, Dlala reviews both sides and decides: pay the seller, refund the buyer, or refund part of it.
Staying anonymous
Buyers and sellers see only each other's username. Do not share phone numbers, emails, addresses or social media in the chat; the chat blocks them. Dlala gives the seller only what a courier needs to deliver.
When we act
We may remove a listing, cancel a bid or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and tell you why.
